      目的 研究痰湿质睡眠呼吸暂停(Obstructive sleep apnea,OSA)患者同瘦素及脂联素基因单核苷酸多态性(Single nucleotide polymorphisms,SNPs)的关系。方法 采用PSG检测判定是否存在OSA,采用中医痰湿质体质判定标准判断为痰湿质或非痰湿质;并且采用飞行时间质谱法对瘦素、脂联素基因的SNPs位点进行检测。结果 总共纳入130例OSA患者来自于浙江省汉族人口,其中痰湿质92例,非痰湿质32例,痰湿质OSA患者超重患者73.91%,同非痰湿质患者比较组间比较差异具有显著性(P=0.023)。同非痰湿质患者比较,痰湿质OSA患者瘦素基因4个SNPs位点和脂联素基因5个SNPs位点基因型和等位基因分布无显著性差异,并且进一步根据体重指数进行亚组分析也提示超重组和非超重组之间瘦素和脂联素基因SNPs基因型和等位基因分布无显著性差异。结论 中医痰湿体质OSA患者同瘦素及脂联素基因SNPs位点基因型和等位基因无显著相关性。

      Objective: To research the association between single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) in leptin and adiponectin gene and OSA patients with Phlegm-dampness. Method:Polysomnography?was used to determine whether there was OSA, and the standard of TCM Phlegm-dampness constitution was used to judge the quality of Phlegm-dampness or non Phlegm-dampness. The SNPs of Leptin and Adiponectin gene were detected by the time of flight mass spectrometry from Sequenom. Results: 130 OSA patients were collected into the study included 92 patients with Phlegm-dampness and 38 non Phlegm-dampness. Overweight OSA patients with phlegm dampness were 73.91%, and there was a significant difference compared with control group (P = 0.023). The study demonstrated that the distribution of 4 SNPs in Leptin gene and 5 SNPs in Adiponecin had no significant difference between Phlegm-dampness and non Phlegm-dampness patients. Subgroup analysis was performed to according to BMI, indicated that the frequence of the alleles and genotypes in Leptin and Adiponectin gene had no remarkable differences also. Conclusion: No association was identified between the SNPs of Leptin and Adiponectin gene and OSA patients with Phlegm-dampness.
