| [目的]改变目前中医治疗过敏性鼻炎单纯从散风邪、通鼻窍入手的片面性,通过理论与临床相结合的方式提出从痰论治的新思路。[方法]通过探讨痰湿、肥人、过敏性鼻炎三者的关联性,提出肥人过敏性鼻炎应当从痰论治,并举隅验案两则。[结果]肥胖患者的过敏性鼻炎根本在于脾虚。脾虚之因又可再分虚实,并对实者治疗用二陈汤等,燥湿和中,对虚者治疗用参苓白术散等,补益脾肺。[结论]从痰论治肥人过敏性鼻炎卓有成效,值得推崇。 |

| [Objective] To change the one-sidedness of traditional Chinese medicine in treating allergic rhinitis from dispersing wind evil and dredging nose orifice, a new idea of treating allergic rhinitis from phlegm was put forward by combining theory with clinical practice.[Methods] By discussing the relationship among phlegm-dampness, obesity and allergic rhinitis, this paper points out that hypersensitive rhinitis in obese people should be treated by phlegm, and cites two treatment cases.[Results] The allergic rhinitis in obese patients lies in spleen deficiency. The cause of spleen deficiency can be further divided into deficiency and excess, and the treatment of solid with Erchen decoction, dryness and dampness in the middle, the treatment of deficiency with Shenling Baizhu powder, tonifying the spleen and lung.[Conclusion] It is highly effective to treat allergic rhinitisin obese patients from the perspective of phlegm. |
