| 本文通过文献整理分析,总结归纳了栀子抗抑郁作用的物质基础和作用机制研究进展,发现栀子苷、京尼平、西红花苷-1是目前发现的栀子中主要抗抑郁活性成分,作用机理研究主要集中在栀子能改变抑郁症的神经因子和单胺类神经递质变化。同时,本文也发现栀子抗抑郁研究中的不足之处,主要表现为栀子抗抑郁物质基础尤其是活性组分之间的协同作用研究不深入、作用机理研究结果互相矛盾和炮制工艺对栀子抗抑郁活性影响研究不足。 |

| In this paper, the researches on antidepressant material basis and mechanism of Gardenia jasminoides Ellis were reviewed. It was found that geniposide, genipin and crocin-1 were the main antidepressant components in Gardenia jasminoides Ellis and their mechanisms were mainly focused on the changes of neurofactors and monoamines in animal model of depression. At the same time, this paper also found the inadequacies of the antidepressant study of Gardenia jasminoides Ellis., including the synergism antidepressant effect of the active components, the contradiction in research results of the mechanism and the influence of the processing technology on the antidepressant activity of Gardenia jasminoides Ellis. |
