| 目的：寻找一次性削薄臃肿皮瓣的方法。方法：将臃肿皮瓣保留前后两蒂,切除皮瓣下的脂肪组织,一次性削薄皮瓣,矫正臃肿畸形,临床应用11例,手背部4例,手掌部3例,前臂1例,足背3例。皮瓣面积18 cm×9 cm~8×6 cm。结果：所有削薄皮瓣全部成活,一期愈合11例,皮肤色泽、弹性同前,外形良好。结论：保留远近双蒂的臃肿皮瓣削薄术安全、有效。 |

| [Abstruct] Objective Searching for the method of one-off thinning and bloated skin flap. Method The bloated flap was featheredged by cut off adipose tissue under skin flap，retained both anterior and posterior pedicles. 11 cases was Clinical applied. There were 4 cases in the back, 3 cases in the palm, 1 case in the forearm and 3 cases in the back of the foot. whose area was 18 cm×9 cm~to 8×6 cm. Result All flaps were survived and the appearance and function are good. Conclusion It is safe and effective for Thinning technique of a bloated flap to retain the bloated flap with two pedicles. |
