| 目的 研究miR-769-5p、miR-320a和miR-22-3p这三种血浆游离miRNAs水平在诊断结核分枝杆菌感染的肺结核中的价值。方法 随机选择95例结核分枝杆菌感染的肺结核患者作为病例组,以95例健康体检者作为对照组,采用反转录实时定量PCR(RT-PCR)检测血浆中游离的miR-769-5p、miR-320a和miR-22-3p水平。结果 血浆miR-769-5p、miR-320a和miR-22-3p水平与年龄、性别没有显著的相关性(P>0.05)。病例组患者血浆miR-769-5p、miR-320a和miR-22-3p水平均显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。血浆miR-769-5p水平诊断结核分枝杆菌感染的肺结核的曲线下面积(AUC)为0.92,血浆miR-320a水平诊断结核分枝杆菌感染的肺结核的AUC为0.84,血浆miR-22-3p水平诊断结核分枝杆菌感染的肺结核的AUC为0.70。结论 血浆游离miR-769-5p、miR-320a和miR-22-3p具有潜在的肺结核诊断价值。 |

| Objective To study the value of plasma free miR-769-5p, miR-320a and miR-22-3p in the diagnosis of tuberculosis infected with Mycobacterium tuberculosis. Methods A total of 95 tuberculosis patients infected by Mycobacterium tuberculosis were randomly selected as the case group, and 95 healthy subjects were used as the control group. The levels of free miR-769-5p, miR-320a and miR-22-3p in plasma were detected by reverse transcription real-time quantitative PCR (RT-PCR). Results There were no significant correlations between plasma miR-769-5p, miR-320a and miR-22-3p levels with age and gender (P>0.05). The plasma miR-769-5p, miR-320a and miR-22-3p levels in the case group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.01). The area under the curve (AUC) for diagnosis of tuberculosis by plasma miR-769-5p level was 0.92, the AUC of plasma a miR-320a level for tuberculosis diagnosis was 0.84, and the AUC of plasma miR-22-3p level was 0.70. Conclusion Plasma free miR-769-5p, miR-320a and miR-22-3p have potential diagnostic value for tuberculosis. |
