| 目的：探讨点阵CO2激光联合生肌玉红膏治疗增生性瘢痕的疗效及对血清转化生长因子(TGF-β)的影响。方法：从2016年10月至2017年10月本院接收的增生性瘢痕患者中选取52例作为本次研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组,对照组26例采用点阵CO2激光治疗,研究组26例采用点阵CO2激光联合生肌玉红膏治疗。比较2组临床疗效、温哥华瘢痕量表(VSS)评分、血清TGF-β及血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)水平、临床症状改善时间及不良反应发生率。结果：研究组总有效率为88.46%,对照组总有效率为65.38%,2组比较差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；治疗后2组VSS量表各项分值与治疗前比较均显著降低(P＜0.05),且研究组各项分值均显著低于对照组(P＜0.05)；治疗后2组VEGF与TGF-β水平与治疗前比较均显著降低(P＜0.05),且治疗后研究组VEGF与TGF-β水平均显著低于对照组(P＜0.05)；研究组瘙痒感、刺痛、瘢痕厚度、瘢痕质地、充血情况改善时间均显著低于对照组(P＜0.05)；2组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05)。结论：点阵CO2激光联合生肌玉红膏治疗增生性瘢痕疗效确切,能明显降低TGF-β与VEGF因子水平,缩短临床症状缓解时间,减少不良反应发生。 |

| Objective: To investigate the therapeutic effect of super pulse lattice CO2 laser combined with Shengji Yuhong Ointment on hypertrophic scar and its effect on serum transforming growth factor (TGF-β). Methods: 52 cases of hypertrophic scar patients received from October 2016 to October 2017 were selected as the research objects, according to the random number table method, they were divided into the study group and the control group, 26 cases in the control group were treated with Shengji Yuhong Ointment, and 26 cases in the study group were treated with super pulse lattice CO2 laser combined with Shengji Yuhong Ointment. The clinical efficacy, the Vancouver Scar Scale (VSS) score, the levels of serum TGF-β and vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF), the improvement time of clinical symptoms and the incidence rate of adverse reactions of two groups were compared. Results: The total effective rate was 88.46% in the study group and 65.38% in the control group, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P < 0.05); after treatment, the scores of VSS in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment (P < 0.05), and the scores in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P < 0.05); after treatment, the levels of VEGF and TGF-β in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment (P < 0.05), and the levels of VEGF and TGF-β in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P < 0.05); the improvement times of itching, prickling, scar thickness, scar texture and congestion in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P < 0.05); there was no significant difference in the incidence rate of adverse reactions between the two groups (P > 0.05). Conclusion: Super pulse lattice CO2 laser combined with Shengji Yuhong Ointment is effective in treating hypertrophic scar, it can obviously reduce the levels of TGF-β and VEGF factor, shorten the remission time of clinical symptoms and reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions. |
