| 目的：探讨临时球囊阻断双侧髂内动脉在凶险性前置胎盘剖宫产术中临床疗效。方法：回顾分析我院收治的凶险性前置胎盘患者52例的临床资料，其中2014年6月至2016年9月采用剖宫产治疗的26例患者为对照组，2016年9月至2018年10月采用双侧髂内动脉临时阻断球囊植入+剖宫产术治疗的26例为实验组，对照组直接进行剖宫产，实验组通过介入手术将球囊预置入双侧髂内动脉，术中在娩出胎儿的同时，临时阻断双侧髂内动脉血流，术后运用血管缝合器缝合穿刺点。分别观察围手术期术中出血量、输血量、手术时间、子宫切除率、住院时间、手术并发症及下肢动脉血供等情况。结果：实验组在术中失血量，输血量，手术时间、住院时间、子宫切除率明显优于对照组。结论：双侧髂内动脉球囊阻断术创伤小，治疗凶险性前置胎盘安全有效。 |

| Objective：To explore the therapeutic effect of prophylactic balloon occlusion of the internal lilac arteries in cesarean delivery in the management of pernicious placenta previa(PPP)．Methods：From June 2014 to September 2016,a total of 26 women with PPP received cesarean section for delivery as control group,From September 2016 to October 2018 a total of 26 women with PPP received prophylactic temporary artery balloon occlusion of Internal iliac artery right before cesarean section as study group．The following clinical parameters were compared in two groups：estimated blood loss,transfused blood,the incidence of hysterectomy |
