| 目的:观察“浅刺多捻法”结合耳穴揿针治疗急性期周围性面瘫的临床疗效。方法：采取随机对照方法，选择符合纳入标准的80例患者为研究对象，治疗组40例采用“浅刺多捻法”结合耳穴揿针治疗, 急性期每日1次，对照组40例采用常规毫针刺法，急性期不予针刺；急性期后两组均隔天1次，10次为1疗程，1个疗程后进行疗效统计。结果:采用面神经功能分级量表（House—Brackmann）来评估两组的治疗效果，治疗组总有效率为92.50%,对照组为77.50%(p<0.05)；采用改良的面神经功能评分标准Portmann评分对比，治疗组高于对照组(p<0.05)。结论:采用“浅刺多捻法”结合耳穴揿针治疗急性期周围性面瘫的疗效确切，且优于常规毫针刺法的对照组。 |

| Objective: To observe the clinical effect of "shallow needling and multi-twisting method" combined with ear acupoint pinching on acute peripheral facial paralysis. Methods: A randomized controlled study was conducted to select 80 patients who met the inclusion criteria. 40 patients in the treatment group were treated with "shallow needling and multi-twisting method" combined with ear acupoint pinching once a day in the acute phase, while 40 patients in the control group were treated with conventional filiform needling method without needling in the acute phase. After the acute phase, the two groups were treated once every other day, 10 times as a course of treatment. Therapeutic effect was counted after a course of treatment. Results: The total effective rate was 92.50% in the treatment group and 77.50% in the control group (p < 0.05). Compared with the improved Portmann score, the treatment group was higher than the control group (p < 0.05). Conclusion: Shallow needling and multi-twist method combined with ear acupoint pinching is effective in the treatment of acute peripheral facial paralysis, and is superior to the control group of conventional filiform needling method. |
