| 摘要 目的 对阿戈美拉汀用于抗抑郁的效果及不良反应进行Meta分析。方法 系统检索CNKI、万方医学、Medbooks等数据库，检索时限为2000年01月01日至2020年01月31日，筛选阿戈美拉汀与艾司西酞普兰相比较治疗抑郁症的随机对照试验（RCT）,比较阿戈美拉汀与艾司西酞普兰的疗效与安全性。借助Revman5.3软件对精选出来的文献研究进行Meta分析。结果 最终纳入9项研究。Meta分析结果显示：阿戈美拉汀组患者有效率［OR=0.97，95%CI=0.78～1.22，P=0.82］、治愈率［OR=1.06，95%CI=0.76～1.47，P=0.73］与对照组比较，差异无统计学意义；阿戈美拉汀组与对照组的抑郁量表终点评分与基线的差值比较［MD=-0.24，95%CI=-0.88～0.39，P=0.46］，差异无统计学意义；阿戈美拉汀组与对照组不良反应发生比较［OR=0.56，95%CI=0.45～0.69，P＜0.00001，I2=64%］，差异有统计学意义。结论 阿戈美拉汀与艾司西酞普兰治疗抑郁症的疗效相当，且安全性还可以。 |

| Abstract：Objective The antidepressant effect and adverse reactions of agomelatine through a meta-analysis. Methods A systematic literature search was conducted in the CNKI、Wanfang Data、Medbook databases from January 1st，2000 to January 31st，2020.Screening of agomelatine versus escitalopram for the treatment of depression in a randomized controlled trial (RCT),to compare the efficacy and safety of agomelatine and escitalopram.Meta analysis was conducted on selected literature studies with the help of Revman5.3 software. Results 9 RCTs were included herein. Results of Meta-analysis showed that there were no significant differences between agomelatine and escitalopram on response［OR=0.97，95%CI=0.78～1.22，P=0.82］、remission rate［OR=1.06，95%CI=0.76～1.47，P=0.73］.Depression scale at the end of the scale and the baseline values was without significant differences between the two groups［MD=-0.24，95%CI=-0.88～0.39，P=0.46］.Agomelatine group was superior to escitalopram group in side effects［OR=0.56，95%CI=0.45～0.69，P＜0.00001，I2=64%］. Conclusion The efficacy of agomelatine and escitalopram in the treatment of depression wss similar, and the safety was generally acceptable. |
