| 目的：通过近年来的文献研究探寻中医辨证法与慢性萎缩性胃炎胃镜象之间的规律；方法：从望诊、脉诊、中医辨证分型这三个方面来总结中医辨证法与现代医学检查之间的联系；结果：发现慢性萎缩性胃炎患者的舌象、唇象、脉象以及证型与胃镜征象相关；结论：慢性萎缩性胃炎的胃镜象与中医辩证法有一定联系,可作为中医辨证的参考依据,并指导临床用药。 |

| Objective: Through the literature research in recent years, the article explores the regularity between the syndrome differentiation of TCM and the manifestation of chronic atrophic gastritis under gastroscope. Method: Summarize the relationship between the syndrome differentiation of TCM and modern medical examination from three aspects: inspection, pulse diagnosis and TCM syndrome differentiation. Result: That all of different atrophic gastritis, tongue, lip, pulse and syndrome correspond to different gastroscopic signs. Conclusion: The manifestation of chronic atrophic gastritis under gastroscope is related to the syndrome differentiation of TCM. It can be used as the reference of TCM syndrome differentiation and guide clinical medication. |
