| 目的：探讨五福饮加减在缓解腰椎间盘突出症术后残留腰痛的中的应用价值。方法：将2016年3月至2018年3月因腰椎间盘突出症于我院行手术治疗且中医证型属于肝肾亏虚型的90例患者纳入研究并依据随机数字表法分组。对照组45例采用西医常规，观察组45例则联合五福饮加减口服，4周为一疗程，比较两组临床疗效。结果：治疗后观察组超敏C反应蛋白（Hs-CRP）、5-羟色胺（5-HT）水平低于对照组，差异具统计学意义（P<0.05）；治疗后观察组JOA评分（腰腿痛评分）高于对照组，疼痛评分（VAS疼痛视觉评分）更低（P<0.05）；治疗后1年观察组直腿抬高试验阳性、残余腿痛、残余腰痛例数均少于对照组（P<0.05）；观察组总优良率95.56%（43/45），高于对照组的71.11%（32/45），差异具统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：对于腰椎间盘突出症术后患者而言联合五福饮加减口服治疗效果显著，可促进术后腰椎功能恢复，减轻炎症反应，值得推广。 |

| Objective: To explore the application value of Wufuyin in the relief of residual low back pain after lumbar disc herniation. Methods: Ninety patients who underwent surgical treatment of lumbar disc herniation in our hospital from March 2016 to March 2018 and whose TCM syndrome type is liver and kidney deficiency type were included in the study and grouped according to the random number table method. The 45 patients in the control group were treated with Western medicine routinely, and the 45 patients in the observation group were treated with Wufuyin plus or minus orally. Four weeks was a course of treatment. The clinical effects of the two groups were compared. Results: The levels of high-sensitivity C-reactive protein (Hs-CRP) and serotonin (5-HT) in the observation group after treatment were lower than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The JOA score (waist in the observation group after treatment) The leg pain score was higher than that of the control group, and the pain score (VAS pain visual score) was lower (P <0.05). The number of cases with positive leg elevation test, residual leg pain, and residual low back pain were lower in the observation group at 1 year after treatment than in the control group. Group (P <0.05); the overall excellent and good rate in the observation group was 95.56% (43/45), which was higher than the control group''s 71.11% (32/45), and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: For patients with lumbar disc herniation, combined with Wufuyin plus or minus oral treatment has a significant effect, which can promote lumbar spine function recovery and reduce inflammatory response, which is worth promoting. |
