| 暖培卑监法源于雷丰《时病论》，雷氏以此法治脾土虚寒或夹湿型泄泻，及冷痢水谷痢。笔者取此法治疗寒湿型急性胃肠炎，并总结了雷氏对本病的中医病因病机认识及辨证用药特点等。雷氏以《内经》为纲，将本病归于“寒泻”“湿泻”，认为其基本病机为寒湿二邪客于脾胃、大小肠，治疗上主张予暖培卑监法，首去其寒，暖培脾土，佐以化湿。 |

| The method of warming and strengthening the spleen originated from Lei Feng's "Time Disease Theory", Lei applied this treatment in diarrhea caused by deficient cold of spleen or mixed dampness,and dysentery caused by cold or water valley.The writer applied this method to curing cold-dampness acute gastroenteritis,in addition, summarized the understanding of the pathogenesis of TCM and the characteristics of syndrome differentiation and medication.By basing on “Neijing”, Lei Classified this disease as “cold diarrhea” and “dampness diarrhea”,he believed that the cold-dampness stagnating in spleen and stomach,large and small intestine is the basic pathogenesis.As for the treatment,he advocated the method of warming and strengthening the spleen.First of all,we need to get rid of pathogenic cold,then we can warm the spleen and resolve dampness. |
