| 帕金森病(PD)是一种常见于中老年人的神经系统变性疾病,临床主要表现为运动迟缓、静止性震颤、肌强直和姿势平衡障碍等运动症状,多数伴有不同程度的非运动症状病变。便秘是PD最常见的非运动症状之一,也可早于PD运动症状出现,影响着帕金森病患者的生活质量。研究发现肠道菌群与PD发病相关,且与胃肠道功能关系密切。针灸治疗具有其独特优势,并对肠道菌群有双向调节作用。本文围绕帕金森病便秘、肠道菌群以及针灸三者的相关性,对近10年的文章进行检索。基于肠道菌群理论探讨针灸在帕金森病便秘治疗上的研究,为临床治疗提供一种理论支持。 |

| Parkinson"s disease is a neurodegenerative disease common in middle-aged and elderly people. The main clinical manifestations are motor symptoms such as bradykinesia, resting tremor, muscle rigidity and postural balance disorders. Most of them are accompanied by non-motor symptoms．Constipation is one of the most common non-motor symptoms of PD. It can also appear earlier than the motor symptoms of PD. It directly affects the quality of life of PD patients. Studies have found that the intestinal flora is related to the pathogenesis of PD and is closely related to gastrointestinal function. Acupuncture therapy has its unique advantages and has a two-way regulation effect on the intestinal flora. This article focuses on the correlation between Parkinson"s disease constipation, intestinal flora and acupuncture, and searches articles in the past 10 years. Based on the theory of intestinal flora, this study discussed the application of acupuncture in the treatment of Parkinson＇s disease with constipation, providing a theoretical support for clinical treatment. |
