| Rheumatoid arthritis is a refractory and chronic inflammatory autoimmune disease. In recent years, the research on the pathogenesis of rheumatoid arthritis has gone deep into the genetic and molecular level, and certain progress has been made. Among them, long noncoding RNA is a type of RNA molecule that is longer than 20 nucleotides and does not have the function of encoding a protein. It can participate in immune and inflammatory responses through a variety of ways. It plays an important role in the process of gene expression, cell differentiation, proliferation and invasion. This article summarizes the research progress of the molecular mechanism of lncRNA in rheumatoid arthritis and elaborates the intervention mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine to provide new research directions for the prevention and treatment of rheumatoid arthritis by traditional Chinese medicine. |
