| 【目的】总结心衰病从六经辨治的思路。【方法】结合心衰病的病因、病机、证候特点,分别从《伤寒论》的太阳经、阳明经、少阳经、太阴经、少阴经、厥阴经进行辨证论治。【结果】心衰病在太阳经感受外邪发病,如病毒性心肌炎等；心衰病出现消化道淤血则病入阳明经,症见腹胀、便秘等阳明热证；心衰病外邪未尽,正气已衰,发展为少阳病,如呼吸道感染引起肺源性心脏病；少阳不治入里,太阴脾肺受损,津液运化疏布失调,水湿内停,出现肺水肿及外周水肿；入少阴经,心肾综合征显现,心肾阳衰、水饮泛滥,病入危重；至厥阴如阳气不升,则阴阳离绝,五脏六腑阳气亏竭,至脏厥死证,既心衰病引起全身多脏器功能衰竭。依据六经辨证特点,分别提出心衰病治法方药。【结论】心衰病可按六经辨证进行诊治,初步形成心衰病六经辨治思路和体系。 |

| [Objective] To summarize the thinking of treating heart failure according to six meridians. [Methods] According to the etiology, pathogenesis and syndrome characteristics of heart failure, syndrome differentiation and treatment were carried out from Taiyang meridian, Yangming Meridian, Shaoyang meridian, Taiyin meridian, Shaoyin meridian and Jueyin meridian in Treatise on febrile diseases. [Results] The external pathogenic factors, such as viral myocarditis, were felt in the Taiyang meridians of the patients with heart failure. When the disease entered the Yangming meridians, the digestive tract congestion occurred, such as abdominal distension and constipation. When entering Shaoyang meridian, the external pathogenic factors of heart failure were not exhausted, and the healthy qi had already declined, such as pulmonary heart disease caused by respiratory tract infection. When entering Shaoyin meridian, the heart and kidney yang declined, and the water overflowed, and the disease was in critical condition. If the Yang Qi of Jueyin did not rise, Yin and Yang would be separated, and the five zang organs and six Fu organs were exhausted, causing both heart failure and multiple organ function failure. According to the characteristics of syndrome differentiation of six meridians, the therapeutic methods and prescriptions of heart failure were put forward. [Conclusion] Heart failure can be diagnosed and treated according to six meridians syndrome differentiation, initially forming the thinking and system of six meridians differentiation and treatment of heart failure. |
