| 【摘要】 目的 探讨一体化耳软骨支架在鼻整形术中延长和抬高鼻尖的效果。方法 选取2018年1月至2019年12月期间我院鼻整形患者，共22例，切取双侧耳甲腔耳甲艇矩形状软骨，两片矩形耳软骨叠加缝合使其一体化，嵌插在鼻中隔软骨尾端构建鼻尖支架，起到延长抬高鼻尖效果。结果 本组22例患者术后均随访6～12个月，鼻尖长度和突度显著改善，外形、轮廓满意度较高，鼻尖支撑度好，鼻尖高度无回落。结论 一体化耳软骨支架在鼻综合整形术中对鼻尖的延长抬高具有确切的改善效果。 |

| 【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of integrated auricular cartilage on the elevation and extension of nasal tip in rhinoplasty. Methods 22 patients who required rhinoplasty from January 2018 to December 2019 were selected.Cut off the bilateral conchal cavity and cymba concha rectangular shaped integrated cartilage,two rectangular shaped auricular cartilages are superposed stitched together and inserted into the end of the nasal septum to form a nasal tip support, which elevates and prolongs the nasal tip. Results Total of 22 patients were followed up from 6 to12 after operation,the morphology of the nasal tips was improved obviously , most of all cases were satisfied with the cosmetic effect, the nasal tip is well supported and the height of the nasal tip dose not fall back . Conclusion The integrated auricular cartilage has exact improvement for elevating and prolonging of the the nasal tip in rhinoplasty. |
