| 目的 探讨基因X-pert MTB/RIF与病理检查的联合应用对胸壁结核的诊断价值。方法 回顾性分析2018年1月~2021年1月在浙江大学医学院附属杭州市胸科医院因胸壁肿块接受超声引导下穿刺活检的患者78例，所有病例均经超声引导下穿刺活检后标本送病理及基因 X-pert检测，以临床诊断为金标准，评估不同检查方法对胸壁结核的诊断效能。结果 78例标本中最终临床诊断结核64例，肿瘤11例，炎性包块2例，未能明确诊断1例。基因X-pert检测与病理学联合应用的结核诊断准确率为89.7%，高于病理学(75.6%)和基因X-pert检测(61.5%)(χ２=5.419和16.839，P值均＜0.05)。结论 基因X-pert检测联合病理学检查对胸壁结核有较高的诊断价值。 |

| objective: To explore the diagnostic value of combined application of Gene X- Pert MTB/RIF and pathological examination in chest wall tuberculosis. Method: Retrospective analysis 78 cases of patients who have ultrasound guided biopsy for chest wall mass in Affiliated Hangzhou Chest Hospital, Zhejiang University School of Medicine from January 2018 to January 2021. Pathologic examination and Gene X-pert were conducted in all specimens of ultrasound guided biopsy. Taking clinical diagnosis as the gold standard, the diagnostic efficacy evaluate of different inspection methods were assessed. Result: Among the 78 patients, 64 cases of tuberculosis, 11 cases of tumor, 2 cases of inflammatory mass , and 1 case was undiagnosed. The combination of pathology and Gene X-pert achieved higher diagnostic efficacy (89.7%) than pathology (75.6%) and Gene X-pert (61.5%) (χ2=5.419 and 16.839, both P<0.05). Conclusion: Gene X-pert combined with pathological has a high diagnostic value for chest wall tuberculosis. |
