| 端粒是染色体末端维持染色体完整和基因组稳定的重要串联重复序列结构。端粒在复制中会损耗,因而端粒长度会随着细胞的增殖分裂而缩短,因此被认为是生物学的标志。研究表明,端粒缩短与一些神经退行性疾病,包括认知功能障碍等有着密切的联系。因此,进一步探索认知功能障碍与端粒相关发病机制及其中医药在改善认知功能障碍相关的用药机制,为治疗认知功能障碍提供新的治疗思路有着重要意义。 |

| telomere is an important tandem repeat structure at the end of chromosome to maintain chromosome integrity and genome stability. Telomere will be lost in replication, so telomere length will shorten with cell proliferation and division, so it is considered as a biological marker. Studies have shown that telomere shortening is closely related to some neurodegenerative diseases, including cognitive impairment. Therefore, it is of great significance to further explore the pathogenesis of cognitive impairment and telomere and the mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine in improving cognitive impairment, and to provide new treatment ideas for the treatment of cognitive impairment. |
