| 摘要：[目的]探讨全国名中医王坤根主任医师治疗胃病的经验。[方法]通过跟随侍诊并聆听王师授课，以及对典型医案的搜集整理，从三方面总结王师胃病诊疗经验：病名归属、病因病机、遣方用药，并举医案予以佐证。[结果]王师根据多年临证经验，认为胃热为现代胃病的核心病机，并据此可分为气郁化火之郁热、脾失健运之湿热、胃燥阴虚之虚热、湿瘀毒邪之瘀热，治疗时分别以清肝和胃、健脾化湿、滋阴清热、扶正祛邪四法治之，治疗效果斐然。[结论]王师从热论治胃病，临证效果明显，值得借鉴。 |

| Abstract：[Objective] To explore the experience of Dr. Wang Kungen, a nationally renowned Chinese medicine practitioner, in the treatment of gastric diseases. [Methods] By following his guidance and listening to his lectures, as well as collecting and organizing typical medical cases, we summarized Prof.WANG Kungen’ experience in the diagnosis and treatment of gastric diseases from three aspects, the name of the disease, the etiology and pathogenesis, curative doctrine and medication，and cited medical cases to support this. [Results] Based on years of clinical experience, Professor WANG concluded that gastric heat is the core pathogenesis of modern gastric diseases, and according to this, it can be divided into stagnant heat due to qi stagnation and fire, damp heat due to spleen failure, deficiency heat due to stomach dryness and yin deficiency, stasis heat due to dampness and poisonous evil，and the treatment is based on the four rules of clearing the liver and stomach, strengthening the spleen and resolving dampness, nourishing yin and clearing heat, and helping to remove evil. [Conclusion] Professor WANG treats gastric diseases from heat theory with obvious clinical effect, which is worthy of reference. |
