| 目的 运用数据挖掘技术分析中医孕前干预RSA的用药规律。方法 检索中国知网、万方数据库、维普网、中国生物医学文献数据库中近10年中医孕前干预RSA的临床研究,提取处方信息并进行频次统计、关联规则分析、系统聚类分析。结果 纳入文献141篇,包含处方166张,涉及127味中药,高频药物有菟丝子、白术、续断、当归、白芍、熟地黄等,药物性味以甘、温为主,归经以肝、肾、脾为主,按功效分类以补虚药、活血化瘀药为主；常用对药有菟丝子-续断、白术-菟丝子等；常用角药有白术-菟丝子-续断、续断-白术-党参等；核心药组有寿胎丸、四君子汤、四物汤等。结论 RSA中医孕前干预以补益肝脾肾为主,重视温阳益气,辅以活血化瘀,强调“提前安胎、未孕先防”。 |

| Objective To explore the medication and prescription laws of TCM in recurrent spontaneous (RSA) abortion before pregnancy. Methods We searched the CNKI, Wanfang Data, VIP and CBM (January 2011 to January 2021). All the eligible clinical trials were included. Then we extracted the prescription information and performed frequency statistics, correlation analysis, as well as system cluster analysis. Results Totally 141 articles were included, involving 166 prescriptions and 127 kinds of Chinese materia medica. The commonly used Chinese materia medica were Semen Cuscutae, Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae, Radix Dipsaci, Angelica sinensis, Radix Paeoniae Alba, Radix Rehmanniae Praeparata, ect. The dominate taste was sweet and the dominate drug properties was warm. The commen meridians that herbs entered were liver, kidney and spleen. As for function, the Chinese materia medica were mainly tonifying deficiency medicine and promoting blood circulation medicine. Commonly used couplet medicines were Semen Cuscutae-Radix Dipsaci, Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae-Semen Cuscutae, ect. and commonly used angle medicines were Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae-Semen Cuscutae-Radix Dipsaci, Radix Dipsaci-Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae-Radix Codonopsis, ect. The core combination included Shoutai Pill, Sijunzi Decoction, Siwu Decoction, etc. Conclusion In RSA patients, the mainstream TCM pre-pregnancy strategy is invigorating liver, kidney and spleen, supplemented by promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis. The general principle is to emphasize prevention of disease before pregnancy and protecting the fetus in advance. |
