| 目的：骨盆矫正结合超微针刀治疗“腰-盆-髋”力学失衡型腰突症(LDH)临床疗效及对患者腰椎侧凸角(Cobb角)的影响研究。方法：“腰-盆-髋”力学失衡型腰突症患者随机分为治疗组对照组各36例,对照组采用常规推拿手法,治疗组采用骨盆矫正疗法结合超微针刀治疗,疗程为4周,治疗前后患者腰椎侧凸角度(Cobb角)评估患者力学改变情况,采用日本矫形外科学会(Japanese Orthopedic Association, JOA)下腰痛评分表进行功能症状评分。结果：与治疗前比较,治疗组治疗后患者腰椎侧凸角度显著改善(P<0.05),且治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05),治疗组前后JOA评分显著降低(P<0.05),且治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05 P<0.05)。结论：骨盆矫正结合超微针刀疗法可有效改善“腰-盆-髋”力学失衡型腰突症患者临床症状,提高生活治疗,值得临床推广。 |

| Objective: To study the clinical effect of pelvic correction combined with ultra micro needle knife in the treatment of lumbar disc hip mechanical imbalance lumbar process (LDH) and its influence on lumbar scoliosis angle (Cobb angle). Methods: Patients with lumbar protrusion of "waist basin hip" mechanical imbalance type were randomly divided into treatment group (n = 36) and control group (n = 36). The control group was treated with conventional massage, while the treatment group was treated with pelvic correction combined with ultramicro needle knife. The course of treatment was 4 weeks The functional symptoms were scored with JOA. Results: compared with before treatment, the lumbar scoliosis angle of the treatment group was significantly improved (P < 0.05), and the treatment group was better than the control group (P < 0.05), the JOA score of the treatment group was significantly decreased (P < 0.05), and the treatment group was better than the control group (P < 0.05, P < 0.05). Conclusion: pelvic correction combined with ultramicro needle knife therapy can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients with lumbar protrusion of "waist basin hip" mechanical imbalance type, and improve the quality of life treatment, which is worthy of clinical promotion. |
