      目的:探索多模式非药物治疗儿童注意缺陷多动障碍的疗效。方法:将入选的90名ADHD患儿随机分为父母培训组、注意力训练组以及联合干预组,对各组治疗前后进行注意力测试、SNAP-IV量表及Conners儿童行为量表评估,并将各项指标分别进行治疗前后和组间比较。结果:注意力测试中稳定、广度、分配及总分在注意力训练组及联合干预组均有明显改善(P<0.05)。量表评估中,干预后父母培训组对立违抗、品行问题有改善(P<0.05);注意力训练组注意缺陷、学习问题、多动指数改善明显 (P<0.05);联合干预组注意缺陷、对立违抗、品行问题、学习问题、多动指数改善明显(P<0.05);三组组间比较中,联合干预组各项指标改善较父母培训组及注意力训练组更明显(P<0.05)。结论:联合父母培训及注意力训练是儿童注意缺陷多动障碍理想的非药物治疗方法。
英文摘要:
      Objective: To explore the efficacy of multimodal non-drug therapy for attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) among children. Methods: A total of 90 children with ADHD were enrolled and randomized into three groups, i.e., parent training group, attention training group and combined intervention group, which were evaluated by attention test, SNAP-IV scale, and Conners Child Behavior Scale before and after treatment. Comparisons of relevant indicators before and after treatment, as well as between the groups, were conducted. Results: In the attention test, the stability, breadth, distribution, and total score were significantly improved in the attention training group and the combined intervention group (P<0.05). In the scale evaluations, after treatment, the oppositional defiant disorder and conduct problem were improved in the parent training group (P<0.05); the attention deficit, learning problem and hyperactivity index were significantly improved in the attention training group (P<0.05); the attention deficit, oppositional defiant disorder, conduct problem, learning problem and hyperactivity index were significantly improved in the combined intervention group (P<0.05). For the comparisons between the three groups, the improvement in various indicators in the combined intervention group was more significant than in the parent training group and attention training group (P<0.05). Conclusion: The parent training combined with attention training is an ideal non-drug therapy for children with ADHD.
