| 笔者从病因病机、用药特色、理法方药3个方面浅谈采用“辛以润之”治疗食管癌的经验。柴教授认为，食管癌的病位虽属上焦，而其元在下焦，其本为精血耗竭，虚火上泛，直上阳明，贲门郁久火灼，发为枯槁，形成噎膈。拟滋肾润燥汤加减用于临床治疗食管癌患者，收效尚可。故积语成文，以飧同仁，起到抛砖引玉之效。 |

| The author discusses the author's experience of treating esophageal carcinoma with“herbal drugs with pungent nature used to moisture dryness of kidney”from three aspects: etiology, pathogenesis, medication characteristics, and rationale and prescription. The author believes that although the disease position of esophageal carcinoma is upper coke, and its element is lower coke, it is the depletion of essence and blood, the virtual fire goes up, goes straight to Yangming, the cardia is burned all day long, withered for a long time, and it forms maggot. The author has proposed that the Zishen Runzao Decoction to be used in clinical treatment of patients with esophageal cancer with satisfactory results. Therefore, write an article to share with my colleagues, played a role in attracting jade. |
