| 目的 综述近年来国内外关于电压门控钠通道α亚型与相关恶性肿瘤侵袭关系的研究进展，为今后临床诊治恶性肿瘤的侵袭转移提供理论依据。方法 通过检索国内外相关文献分析，根据不同电压门控钠通道α亚型及肿瘤类型等方面进行综述，总结VGSCα亚单位在恶性肿瘤侵袭过程中的作用价值。结果 电压门控钠通道各α亚型在多种肿瘤细胞中高表达，包括胃肠道肿瘤、妇科肿瘤、呼吸系统肿瘤等，并且在癌细胞转移、侵袭过程中发挥作用，但其具体机制目前尚不完全明确。结论 不同类型的电压门控钠通道α亚型在人体多种恶性肿瘤中参与影响癌细胞的侵袭转移，近年来的研究对其有更深入的认识，也不断显露出其在恶性肿瘤侵袭过程的诊断和治疗中的临床价值，其应用前景值得关注。 |

| Objective To review the recent advances in Voltage-gated sodium channel(VGSCs)αsubtypes and the metastasis and invasion of related malignant tumors in China and abroad, and to provide a theoretical basis for the diagnosis and treatment of the metastasis and invasion of related malignant tumors in the future. Methods A review of the types of sodium channels and tumors was conducted by searching related 1iteratures at home and abroad．Results Theαsubtypes of VGSCs are highly expressed in Various tumor cells, including gastrointestinal tumor, gynecological tumor, respiratory system tumor, etc. And they play important role in the metastasis and invasion of cancer cells. But the mechanism is not clear yet. Conclusion Different kind ofαsubtypes of VGSCs are involved in the metastasis and invasion of cancer cells in a Variety of human malignant tumors. Recent researches in this area have made great progress, and show its clinical Value in the diagnosis and treatment of the metastasis and invasion of tumors, and the application prospects are worth of looking forward to. |
