| 目的：总结葛琳仪教授诊治慢性胃炎的经验。方法：通过跟师临证侍诊、收集归纳医案的方式,从病因病机、辨证分型、处方用药等方面总结葛琳仪教授诊治慢性胃炎的临床思路与学术思想,并附验案1则予以佐证。结果：葛琳仪教授认为慢性胃炎的中医根本病机为胃气壅滞,胃腑失养,临证论治主要分为肝胃郁热、湿浊内阻、胃络瘀阻、中虚失养四大证型,以“治中焦如衡,非平不安”为大法,分别治以疏肝清热、化湿降浊、逐瘀通络、补脾益胃之法。结论：葛琳仪教授治疗慢性胃炎,谨守病机,遣方用药“以平为期”,对减轻患者临床症状、改善患者生活质量效果显著,值得学习与推广。 |

| :[Objective]: To summarize Professor Ge Linyi"s Clinical Experience in Treating Chronic Gastritis.[Method]:By following Professor Ge in clinical work,collecting and sorting the cases of Chronic Gastritis treated by teacher.Her clinical experience and academic thoughts were discussed from the etiology,pharmacy and the theory of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) combined with Endoscopic diagnosis,and one clinical medical record was listed as evidence.[Results]Professor Ge proposes that Chronic Gastritis in clinic is divided into four main syndromes,the syndromes are Liver and stomach stasis heat, dampness toxin internal resistance, stomach collateral stasis, deficiency and loss of nourishment.The treatment principles involve clearing heat and purging fire, dissolving dampness and reducing turbidity, driving blood stasis and clearing collaterals, caring for the spleen and stomach.[Conclusion]Professor Ge treats Chronic Gastritis based on “balance”,observing the pathogenesis and having own treatment methods and pescriptions..It has considerable effect on improving the disease symptoms and life quality of patients, which is worthy of summary and study. |
