| 目的:观察针刺联合MonitoredSRehabSSystems下肢智能运动训练系统对卒中偏瘫患者平衡功能及步行功能影响。方法:选择2019年12月-2020年12月间于我院就诊的116例脑卒中偏瘫患者进行研究,采用随机数字表法将患者分组,58例患者为研究组,58例患者为对照组,对照组给予MonitoredSRehabSSystems下肢智能运动训练,研究组在对照组基础上给予针刺治疗,两组患者均治疗3个月,治疗前、后检测两组患者大脑中动脉收缩期血流速度(Vs)、平均血流速度(Vm)、阻力指数(RI)水平,给予患者肌电图检测,记录Hmax波、Mmax波,计算H/Mmax,采用 Berg平衡量表(BBS)评价两组患者平衡能力,采用功能性步行分级(FAc)评价患者步行功能,采用Fugl-Meyer运动功能量表评价两组患者下肢运动功能,采用日常生活能力评定表(ADL)评价患者日常生活能力,采用脑卒中专门化生存质量量表(SS-QOL)评价患者生活质量。结果:研究组患者Vm、Vs水平高于对照组(P<0.05),研究组患者RI水平低于对照组(P<0.05),研究组患者Hmax、Mmax、H/Mmax水平低于对照组(P<0.05),研究组患者BBS、FAc、下肢运动功能评分高于对照组(P<0.05 ),研究组患者ADL、SS-QOL评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:针刺联合MonitoredSRehabSSystems下肢智能运动训练系统治疗卒中偏瘫患者,可改善患者脑血流动力学,调节患者脊髓运动神经元兴奋性,提升患者患者平衡功能、步行功能及下肢运动功能,改善患者日常生活水平及生活质量。 |
