| 咳嗽有助于呼吸道排除分泌物和有害因素，但频繁剧烈的咳嗽会严重困扰患者的生活和工作。医者们对于咳嗽的治疗历来多从外感和内伤展开。然时过境迁，现临证常遇久咳、顽咳之类，外感、内伤症状均不明显,难截然分开而论之。咳嗽的病程变化受到时令气候、地理环境、患者体质等多方面因素的密切影响。咳嗽的治疗可以从整体观念出发, 以因时、因地、因人制宜为基，疗效更佳。蔡宛如投身杏林数十载，尤擅治咳嗽。笔者有幸随师临诊，受益匪浅，整理和总结蔡师基于三因制宜学说治疗咳嗽的临床经验并举验案证之，为现代临床诊治咳嗽提供思路。 |

| Cough helps the respiratory tract to remove secretions and harmful factors, but frequent severe cough will seriously trouble the life and work of patients.Doctors have traditionally treated coughs from external causes and internal injuries.However, with the passage of time, the present syndrome often encountered persistent cough, stubborn cough and so on, exogenous, internal injury symptoms are not obvious, it is difficult to distinguish.The course of cough is closely affected by seasonal climate, geographical environment, patients' constitution and other factors.The treatment of cough can start from the whole concept, based on time, place and individual conditions, and the curative effect is better.CAI Wan-ru has been working in medicine for decades and is especially good at curing coughs.The author had the pleasure of attending the clinic with the teacher, and benefited a lot, summarized and summarized CAI Wan-ru's clinical experience in treating cough with the theory of "Theory of three types of disease cause" and tested the case to provide ideas for modern clinical diagnosis and treatment of cough. |
