| 病因不明的膜性肾病称为特发性膜性肾病,发病率呈上升趋势,是引起终末期肾脏病的原因之一。朱彩凤教授认为中医药在治疗本病过程中具有优势,在临床诊治中以益气行瘀消癥法作为治疗本病基本原则,提倡辨病为先,辨证为主,在宏观与微观辨证结合基础之上活用古方补阳还五汤,随证加减,取得良好疗效。 |

| Membranous nephropathy of unknown etiology is called idiopathic membranous nephropathy, and its incidence is on the rise. It is one of the causes of end-stage renal disease. Professor Zhu Caifeng believes that traditional Chinese medicine has advantages in the treatment of this disease. In clinical diagnosis and treatment, Professor Zhu Caifeng used the method of replenishing qi, promoting blood stasis and eliminating symptoms as the basic principle of treating this disease, advocated disease differentiation and syndrome differentiation. On the basis of the combination of macroscopic and microscopic syndrome differentiation, the ancient prescription Buyang Huanwu Decoction was used to achieve good curative effect. |
