| 目的 探讨中医针灸联合双氯芬酸钠滴眼液缓解糖尿病性视网膜病变视网膜光凝治疗中疼痛的效果。方法 选取2019年4月至2021年3月在我院治疗的糖尿病性视网膜病变患者145例，根据患者住院病历号末尾奇偶数分为观察组（n=80）和对照组（n=65），两组均给予视网膜光凝治疗，观察组术前给予中医针灸联合双氯芬酸钠滴眼液治疗，对照组术前给予双氯芬酸钠滴眼液，采用视觉模拟量表McGrill问卷（SF-MPQ）评价患者视网膜光凝手术后眼部疼痛情况，检查血清P物质（SP）、五羟色胺（5-HT）、?-内啡肽（?-EP）、去甲肾上腺素（NE）、丙二醛（MDA）、超氧化物歧化酶（SOD）、C反应蛋白（CRP）和白细胞介素-6（IL-6）水平。结果 术后SF-MPQ评分，观察组PRI中感觉项、情感项评分分别为（3.20±1.03）分和（2.12±0.78）分，VAS评分为（2.06±0.83）分，明显低于对照组（P＜0.05）；观察组PPI评级优于对照组（P＜0.05），其0～1级比例为73.75%；；观察组治疗后血清SP、5-HT和?-EP分别为（165.54±22.24）ng/ml、（521.15±93.42）ng/ml和（15.54±3.35）?g/ml，明显低于对照组（P＜0.05）；观察组治疗后NE和MDA分别为（315.53±63.31）pg/ml和（3.01±0.92）mmol/L，明显低于对照组（P＜0.05），而SOD为（91.41±17.82）U/ml，明显高于对照组（P＜0.05）；观察组治疗后CRP和IL-6分别为（11.42±1.34）mg/L和（4.60±1.43）pg/L，明显低于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 中医针灸联合双氯芬酸钠滴眼液缓解糖尿病性视网膜病变视网膜光凝治疗中疼痛有较好的效果，有助于改善患者应激、炎性状态。 |

| Objective:To investigate the effect of acupuncture combined with Diclofenac Sodium Eye Drops on relieving pain in diabetic retinopathy treated by retinal photocoagulation.Methods:145 patients with diabetic retinopathy treated in our hospital from April 2019 to March 2021 were divided into the observation group (n=80) and the control group (n=65) according to the odd odd number at the end of the hospitalization medical record, the two groups were all given retinal photocoagulation, the observation group was given acupuncture combined with Diclofenac Sodium Eye Drops before operation, while the control group was given Diclofenac Sodium Eye Drops before operation, the visual analogue scale McGill questionnaire (SF-MPQ) was used to evaluate the ocular pain after retinal photocoagulation, the levels of serum substance P (SP), serotonin (5-HT), β - endorphin (β - EP), norepinephrine (NE), malondialdehyde (MDA), superoxide dismutase (SOD), C-reactive protein (CRP) and interleukin-6 (IL-6) were examined. Results:The postoperative SF-MPQ scores of sensory items and affective items in pri in the observation group were (3.20 ± 1.03) and (2.12 ± 0.78) respectively, and the VAS score was (2.06 ± 0.83), which was significantly lower than that in the control group (P < 0.05). The PPI rating of the observation group was better than that of the control group (P < 0.05), and the proportion of grade 0 ~ 1 was 73.75%.After treatment, the serum SP, 5-HT and β - EP in the observation group were (165.54 ± 22.24) ng / ml, (521.15 ± 93.42) ng / ml and (15.54 ± 3.35) g / ml, respectively, which were significantly lower than those in the control group (P< 0.05). After treatment, NE and MDA in the observation group were (315.53 ± 63.31) pg / ml and (3.01 ± 0.92) mmol / L, respectively, which were significantly lower than those in the control group (P< 0.05), while SOD was (91.41 ± 17.82) U / ml, which was significantly higher than those in the control group (P< 0.05). After treatment, the CRP and IL-6 in the observation group were (11.42 ± 1.34) mg / L and (4.60 ± 1.43) pg / L respectively, which were significantly lower than those in the control group (P < 0.05).Conclusion:Chinese medicine acupuncture combined with Diclofenac Sodium Eye Drops can alleviate the pain of diabetic retinopathy with retinal photocoagulation, and improve the stress and inflammatory state of patients. |
