| Objective: Optimize the extraction technology of hemorrhoids gel. Methods: Using L9 (34) orthogonal experiment, taking the content of berberine hydrochloride, rhein, emodin and the yield of the finished product as evaluation index, we selected the factors of ethanol concentration, ethanol dosage, extraction time and extraction times, and optimized the extraction process of hemorrhoids gel and verified it. Results: The best extraction process is that the concentration of ethanol is 90%, the amount of ethanol is 6 times, the extraction time is 2 hours and the extraction times are 3 times. Conclusion: The extraction process of hemorrhoids gel designed in this paper is stable and reliable, and can be further applied in pharmacodynamics research. |
