| 目的 观察按肌肉走行及扳机点推拿治疗面神经麻痹的临床疗效。 方法 选取面神经麻痹患者90例,随机分为推拿组、针刺组和对照组各30例；对照组单纯予以激素加神经营养药物的基础治疗；针刺组在对照组的治疗基础上予以传统针刺治疗；推拿组在对照组的治疗基础上予以按肌肉走行及扳机点推拿治疗。分别在治疗前、治疗四周后采用Portmann评分、面神经表面肌电图检测(患健侧面肌RMS值)观察面神经功能,并参照House-Brackmann评定三组疗效。结果 三组入选有效病例治疗前的一般资料及Portmann评分、House-Brackmann评级和面肌RMS值比较均无显著性差异(P＞0.05)。经过四周治疗,三组患者Portmann评分、House-Brackmann评级和患健侧面肌RMS值较治疗前比较均有改善,均有显著性差异(P＜0.05)；推拿组的Portmann评分、House-Brackmann评级和患健侧面肌RMS值改善均优于对照组,差异具有显著性意义(P＜0.05)。 【结论】 按肌肉走行推拿及扳机点推拿能有效改善面部表情肌的功能,提高面神经麻痹的临床疗效,对面神经麻痹的恢复期治疗有着明显的促进作用。 |

| Objective To observe the clinical effect of facial nerve palsy treated by muscle walking and trigger point massage. Methods 90 patients with facial nerve palsy were randomly divided into massage group, acupuncture group and control group, 30 cases in each group. The control group received basic treatment of hormone plus neurotrophic drugs alone. The acupuncture group received traditional acupuncture treatment on the basis of the treatment of the control group. Massage group in the control group on the basis of treatment were given according to the muscle walking and trigger point massage treatment. Before and four weeks after treatment, the facial nerve function was observed by Portmann score and facial nerve surface electromyography (RMS value of the facial muscle on the affected side), and the efficacy of the three groups was evaluated by House-Brackmann. Results Before treatment, there were no significant differences in general information, Portmann score, House-Brackmann rating and RMS of facial muscle between the three groups (P >0 0.05). After four weeks of treatment, Portmann score, House-Brackmann rating and RMS value of the affected side facial muscle in the three groups were all improved compared with before treatment, with significant differences (P < 0.05). The improvement of Portmann score, House-Brackmann rating and RMS value of the affected side facial muscle in the massage group was better than that in the control group, and the difference was significant (P < 0.05). 【Conclusion】 Muscle walking massage and trigger point massage can effectively improve the function of facial expression muscles, improve the clinical efficacy of facial nerve palsy, facial nerve palsy in the convalescence treatment has a significant promoting effect. |
