| 目的 探索现场快速评价(rapid on-site evaluation, ROSE)在肺癌患者舌诊中的可行性。方法 选择2020年9月~2020年12月在杭州师范大学附属医院收治的肺癌患者24例,其中Ⅰ-Ⅱ期患者11例,Ⅲ-Ⅳ期患者13例,健康体检人员10例为对照组,肺癌患者为实验组,均行快速现场评价检查。总结两组舌象区别,以及显微镜下两组在细胞学、微生物学等方面的差异。结果 对照组舌象以红舌、淡薄苔为主,实验组以红舌、绛舌为主,舌苔以厚腻苔、光剥苔为主；显微镜下,对照组脱落细胞数量丰富,细胞较为成熟,细菌数量少,背景相对干净,而实验组脱落细胞数量过多或过少,细胞相对不成熟,背景有时表现为污秽,细菌数量较多、甚至成团,有时可见真菌。结论 晚期肺癌患者舌象及细胞学具有特征性,快速现场评价可作为中医舌诊的有力工具,值得临床推广应用。 |

| Objective To explore the feasibility of rapid on-site evaluation (ROSE) in tongue diagnosis of lung cancer patients. Methods Twenty-four lung cancer patients who were admitted to the Affiliated Hospital of Hangzhou Normal University from September 2020 to December 2020 were selected, including 11 patients with stage Ⅰ-Ⅱ, 13 patients with stage Ⅲ-Ⅳ, and 10 healthy subjects as the control group. Lung cancer patients were in the experimental group, and all of them underwent rapid on-site evaluation and examination. Summarize the difference in tongue picture between the two groups, and the differences in cytology and microbiology between the two groups under microscope. Results The tongue of the control group was mainly red tongue and light coating, the experimental group was mainly red tongue and crimson tongue, and the tongue coating was mainly thick greasy coating and light peeling coating. Under the microscope, the control group had abundant exfoliated cells and relatively mature cells. , The number of bacteria is small, the background is relatively clean, while the number of exfoliated cells in the experimental group is too much or too little, the cells are relatively immature, the background is sometimes dirty, the number of bacteria is large, or even clumps, and sometimes fungi can be seen. Conclusion The tongue picture and cytology of patients with advanced lung cancer are characteristic, and rapid on-site evaluation can be used as a powerful tool for TCM tongue diagnosis, and it is worthy of clinical application. |
