| 目的 探讨电刺激联合中医手法推拿对产后腹直肌分离的治疗效果。方法 选取2020年4月至2021年3月在温州医科大学附属台州妇女儿童医院就诊的234例产后腹直肌分离的产妇为研究对象，随机分为观察组和对照组各117例。观察组进行电刺激联合中医手法推拿治疗，对照组进行电刺激治疗。观察2组的腹直肌分离修复及生活质量变化情况。结果 治疗10次后，两组产妇的腹直肌分离距离均减小，且观察组距离小于对照组；观察组治疗有效率为93.27%，对照组治疗有效率为73.08%，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。两组产妇的生活质量评分均升高，且观察组的各项评分均高于对照组( P<0.05)。 结论 电刺激联合中医手法推拿对产后腹直肌分离治疗效果显著，其治疗效果显著优于单纯电刺激疗法，明显改善产妇生活质量改善。 |

| Objective To invenstigate the efficacy of electrical stimulation combined with traditional Chinese medicine massage in the treatment of postpartum diastasis recti abdominis. Methods A total of 234 parturients with postpartum diastasis recti abdominis treated in Taizhou Women and Children's Hospital of Wenzhou Medical?University from April 2020 to March 2021 were randomly divided into observation group and control groupm, with 117 cases in each group. The observation group was treated with electrical stimulation combined with traditional Chinese medicine massage, and the control group was treated with electrical stimulation. The separation distance of diastasis recti abdominis and the changes of quality of life were observed in the two groups. Results After 10 times of treatment，the separation distance of rectus abdominis were decreased in both groups, and the index in the observation group was less than that in the control group; the effective rate (93.27%) of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group( 73.08%) ( all P<0.05)．The scores of quality of life in the two groups increased, and the scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion By comparison with simple electrical stimulation therapy, electrical stimulation combined with traditional Chinese medicine massage has a significant effect on postpartum diastasis recti abdominis, and significantly improves the quality of life of parturients. |
