| 目的 探讨利用Mimics软件评估气胸肺压缩程度的可行性,并和胸部CT比较两者对气胸肺压缩程度计算的精准性和相关性。方法 选择21例自发性气胸患者,所有患者均行胸部CT检查,将影像数据导入Mimics软件,测量肺压缩程度,并与CT测得实际肺压缩程度行配对样本t检验。结果 Mimics结论可精准计算肺压缩程度,两者对气胸患者肺压缩比有相关性。结论 利用Mimics软件后处理技术能够快速、精准计算气胸后肺压缩程度,可以有效指导临床选择治疗方案及疗效评估。 |

| Objective To explore the feasibility of using Mimics software to identify and calculate the degree of pneumothorax and lung compression, and compare the accuracy and correlation of the two in calculating the degree of pneumothorax and lung compression with chest CT. Methods 21 patients with spontaneous pneumothorax were selected. All patients underwent chest CT examination. The image data was imported into Mimics software to measure the actual compression degree of the lung, and the paired sample t test was performed with the actual lung compression degree measured by CT. Results The Mimics conclusion can effectively identify and accurately calculate the degree of lung compression, and the accuracy is higher than the actual CT measurement. The correlation between the two on the lung compression ratio of patients with pneumothorax is as follows. Conclusion The use of Mimics software post-processing technology can quickly and accurately calculate the degree of lung compression after pneumothorax, which can effectively guide clinical selection of treatment options and efficacy evaluation. |
