| 目的：研究谢作钢教授治疗精索静脉曲张性不育的用药规律。方法：选取谢教授门诊治疗精索静脉曲张性不育处方320首,运用中医传承辅助平台(V2.5),建立相关用药数据库,对药物频次、四气五味归经进行统计,并运用关联规则,聚类分析方法对药物之间配伍规律进行数据挖掘。结果：320首处方涉及112味药物,药物频次共5005次,平均每首处方用药15.6味。在高频中药的使用过程中,发现以补虚药和活血药为主,排名前5位分别为枸杞子、女贞子、当归、桃仁、白芍。在药物四气方面以“温”药和“寒”药为主,寒温并用。药味上以甘味和苦味为主。归经方面则以肝经为最,脾经、肾经次之。通过关联规则分析,得到常用药物组合50个,其中出现频次最高的中药组合为“当归—白芍”。通过聚类分析,得到14个中药的核心组合,7个聚类方。结论：谢教授治疗精索静脉曲张性不育从肝肾、气血、经络出发,以补肾强精,聚精养血为根本,并强调疏肝理气,活血通络的重要性。 |

| Objective: To study the medication rule of Professor Xie Zuogang in the treatment of varicocele infertility. Method: Select 320 prescriptions for outpatient treatment of varicocele by Professor Xie, use the traditional Chinese medicine inheritance auxiliary platform (V2.5), establish a related drug database, and calculate the frequency of drugs, the four Qi and five flavors, and use the association rules , Cluster analysis method for data mining on the compatibility of drugs. Results: The 320 first prescriptions involved 112 medicines. The frequency of the medicines totaled 5005 times, with an average of 15.6 medicines per prescription. During the use of high-frequency traditional Chinese medicines, it was found that tonic drugs and blood-activating drugs were the main ones. The top 5 were wolfberry, Ligustrum lucidum, Chinese angelica, peach kernel, and white peony root. In terms of the four qi of medicine, "warm" medicine and "cold" medicine are mainly used, and cold and warm are used together. The medicine is mainly sweet and bitter. Regarding the return of the meridian, the liver meridian is the most important, followed by the spleen meridian and kidney meridian. Through the analysis of association rules, 50 commonly used drug combinations were obtained, and the most frequently occurring Chinese drug combination was "Angelica-White Peony". Through cluster analysis, 14 core combinations of traditional Chinese medicines and 7 cluster formulas were obtained. Conclusion: Professor Xie"s treatment of varicocele infertility starts from the liver and kidney, qi and blood, meridians, and focuses on strengthening the kidney and strengthening the essence, gathering essence and nourishing blood, and emphasizing the importance of soothing the liver, regulating qi, and promoting blood circulation and collaterals. |
