| 中性粒细胞胞外网状陷阱（NETs）是由DNA和组蛋白为骨架而形成的网状结构，以染色质解聚和核颗粒物质释放为主要特征。NETs在炎性介导与凝血紊乱过程中扮演了重要角色，但也是一把“双刃剑”。且与许多感染性疾病、自身免疫性疾病、心血管疾病、血栓等的发生发展密切相关。尤其是近期得到广泛关注的NETs存在于急性心肌梗死的冠脉动脉血栓中，具有血栓前特性。静脉血栓栓塞(venous thromboembolism VTE)包括深静脉血栓形成(deep vein thrombosis DVT)和肺栓塞(pulmonary embolism PE)，是VTE在不同部位和阶段的临床表现形式。DVT可发生于全身各静脉以下肢静脉多见，下肢近端(腘静脉或其近侧部位)DVT是PE血栓栓子的主要来源。而NETs的关键成分可在静脉血管内产生促凝作用。但是，NETs在肺栓塞中的作用还未完全阐明。本文将围绕最近的研究，结合中性粒细胞胞外陷阱在静脉血栓形成及肺栓塞中的作用，对预后的影响、治疗的意义做一综述。 |

| Neutrophil extracellular traps (NETs) are a network structure formed by DNA and histone as the skeleton, and are mainly characterized by chromatin depolymerization and nuclear granular material release.NETs play an important role in the process of inflammation-mediated and coagulation disorders, but they are also a “double-edged sword”. And it is closely related to the occurrence and development of many infectious diseases, autoimmune diseases, cardiovascular diseases, and thrombosis.In particular, NETs, which have received widespread attention recently, are present in coronary artery thrombosis of acute myocardial infarction and have prethrombotic characteristics.Venous thromboembolism (VTE)including deep vein thrombosis (DVT) and pulmonary embolism (PE), is the clinical manifestation of VTE in different parts and stages. DVT can occur in the veins of the whole body and the veins of the lower extremities are more common. DVT of the proximal lower extremity (popliteal vein or its proximal part) is the main source of PE thromboembolism. The key components of NETs can promote coagulation in veins.but, the role of NETs in pulmonary embolism has not been fully elucidated. This article will focus on recent research, combined with the role of neutrophil extracellular traps in venous thrombosis and pulmonary embolism, and summarize the prognosis and the significance of treatment. |
