| 男性乳房发育症 (gynecomastia）是一种病因复杂的乳腺良性疾病，其发病机制主要为体内雌、雄激素水平改变从而导致男子乳房女性化。治疗GYN内科方法相对效果有限，外科治疗凭借其显著疗效逐渐成为治疗GYN的主要手段，尤其近年来微创旋切技术、内窥镜技术及机器人技术的应用都使得GYN外科手术治疗越发微创化。故在此对已知GYN的研究现状及外科治疗进展进行系统归纳，并着重列举外科治疗方式及其优缺点选择。 |

| Gynecomastia (GYN) is a benign breast disease with complex etiology. Its pathogenesis is mainly the change of female and androgen levels in the body leading to the feminization of men's breasts.The relative effectiveness of medical treatment for GYN is limited, and surgical treatment has gradually become the main means of treatment for GYN due to its remarkable efficacy. Especially in recent years, the application of minimally invasive spinulation technology, endoscopy technology and robotics technology has made GYN surgical treatment more and more minimally invasive.Therefore, this paper systematically summarizes the research status and surgical treatment progress of known GYN, and lists the surgical treatment methods and their advantages . |
