| 《洄溪医案》为徐灵胎后人整理编纂后问世,短小精炼,语言生动,且角度丰富,涵盖病因病机、理法方药、评述议论等方面。提及女性患者的病证共25种,医案共27则,其中妇科病证共8种,医案共8则。对妇科病证的探讨深入浅出,尤其是对妊娠、产后的生理状态和病理疾病认识全面深刻,对临床妇科妊娠及产后病诊治和经典学术思想传承都有着重大的意义和价值。 |

| Huixi Medicial Cases was compiled and published by the descendants of Xu Ling’s fetus. The cases were short and concise, vivid in language and rich in perspectives, covering etiology and pathogenesis, management of laws and prescriptions, comments and discussions, etc. There were 25 kinds of disease and syndrome of female patients with a total of 27 medical cases. It included 8 kinds of gynecological disease and syndrome with totally 8 medical cases. The discussion of gynecological diseases and syndromes, especially the comprehensive and profound understanding of the physiological state and pathological diseases of pregnancy and postpartum, which is of great value for the diagnosis and treatment of pregnancy and postpartum of clinical gynecological diseases and the inheritance of classical academic ideas. |
