| 大肠癌又称之为结直肠癌，是全球比较常见的胃肠道恶性肿瘤之一。《2020年全球癌症统计报告：全球185个国家36种癌症发病率和死亡率的估计》数据显示大肠癌的发病率、死亡率分别位居全球癌症发病谱、死亡谱的第三位、第二位[1]。同时，受老龄化速度加快、生活方式改变等因素的影响，促使大肠癌的发病率、死亡率呈现出逐年上升的趋势。大肠癌的西医治疗仍然是以手术、放化疗、靶向及免疫等综合治疗方式为主。而中医药以其自身独特的优势在防治恶性肿瘤方面发挥着越来越重要的作用，实现了大肠癌患者带瘤高质量的生存。随着肿瘤免疫微环境、肠道菌群等为代表的新研究热点的逐步兴起，为大肠癌的临床治疗提供了新的契机。为此，将对大肠癌目前的中医、西医治疗的现状、新进展及面临的问题等作进一步阐述。 |

| Colorectal cancer, also known as colorectal cancer, is one of the most common gastrointestinal malignancies in the world. According to the global Cancer Statistics Report 2020: Estimates of the Incidence and mortality of 36 Cancers in 185 Countries, the incidence and mortality of colorectal cancer rank third and second in the global cancer incidence spectrum and mortality spectrum, respectively [1]. At the same time, the incidence and mortality of colorectal cancer are increasing year by year under the influence of accelerated aging and lifestyle changes. Western medicine treatment of colorectal cancer is still based on surgery, radiotherapy and chemotherapy, targeted and immunotherapy and other comprehensive treatment. Traditional Chinese medicine plays an increasingly important role in the prevention and treatment of malignant tumors with its own unique advantages, realizing the high-quality survival of colorectal cancer patients with tumors. With the emergence of new research hotspots such as tumor immune microenvironment and intestinal flora, it provides a new opportunity for the clinical treatment of colorectal cancer. To this end, the present situation, new progress and problems of TCM and Western medicine treatment of colorectal cancer will be further elaborated. |
