| 目的 基于BK(Bron-Kerbosch algorithm,BK)算法挖掘温成平教授治疗类风湿关节炎活动期患者的基本方。方法 收集2020年6月至2020年10月温成平教授治疗类风湿关节炎活动期的中医病案,采用BK算法、基于CBWN置信度(confidence based on whole network)等挖掘温成平教授治疗类风湿性关节炎的用药规律。结果 对搜集的164则中医脉案进行分析,通过BK算法分别得到了4个温成平教授用于治疗类风湿性关节炎的基本方,得到的基本方具有较高的置信度和支持度水平,基本符合临床实际情况。结论 RA活动期患者的病机特点为脾虚与湿毒瘀互结。温成平教授在治疗上以解毒通络为主,注重健脾祛湿,顾护脾胃。 |

| Objective To analyze the basic prescriptions of Professor Wen Chengping in Treatment of patients with Rheumatoid Arthritis in active phase based on BK algorithm. Methods Medical records of Professor Wen Chengping's treatment of active rheumatoid arthritis from June 2020 to October 2020 were collected, and BK algorithm and confidence based on whole network were used to analyze the medication rules. Results Among the 164 prescriptions, 4 basic prescriptions were mined Professor Wen Chengping in Treatment of patients with Rheumatoid Arthritis in active phase based on BK algorithm. The basic prescriptions which have high confidence level and support level are basically in line with clinical reality. Conclusion The pathogenesis of patients with Rheumatoid Arthritis in active phase is characterized by spleen deficiency and the interplay of dampness, toxicity and stasis. Professor Wen Chengping's treatment is based on removing toxin and unblocking collaterals, with emphasis on fortifying the spleen to resolve dampness and harmonizing the spleen and stomach. |
