| 抽动障碍（TD）共患强迫症（OCD）的患病率为36～50%。，D共患OCD影响了患者的总体生活质量、社会功能和家庭环境。本文旨在综述近十五年对TD共患OCD的研究，重点探讨TD共患OCD的临床特征、病因病理机制、诊断和治疗，以期提高临床医生对TD共患OCD的认识。 |

| According to previous clinical and epidemiological surveys, the incidence of Tic disorder related obsessive-compulsive disorder ranges from 36 to 50%. TD related OCD affects patients' overall quality of life, social functioning and family environment. This paper aims to review the recent 15 years of research on TD related OCD, focusing on its clinical characteristics, etiology, pathological mechanism, diagnosis and treatment, in order to improve the understanding of clinicians on TD related OCD. |
