| 目的：观察补肾健脾活血法对合并肌少症人工股骨头置换患者髋关节功能、步速及平衡能力的影响。方法：自2019年6月至2020年12月纳入符合骨质疏松症及肌少症诊断标准的人工股骨头置换患者80例,按随机数字表法分为对照组和治疗组,各40例,对照组接受康复训练；治疗组在对照组基础上采用补肾健脾活血法治疗。比较两组患者髋关节Harris评分、Fugl-Meyer平衡量表评分及步速。结果：术后3月和6月,治疗组Harris评分平均分值分别为74.98、80.53,对照组分别为69.45、76.15,治疗组Harris评分高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。术后3月和6月,治疗组平均步速为0.89 m/s和1.15 m/s,对照组为0.83m/s和1.05m/s,治疗组步速快于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。术后3月和6月,治疗组平均Fugl-Meyer平衡量表分值为6.73和7.70,对照组为5.83和6.70,治疗组Fugl-Meyer平衡量表分值高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：补肾健脾活血法能够有效改善合并肌少症人工股骨头置换患者的髋关节功能和平衡能力,提高患者的活动能力,有利于减少术后跌倒及再骨折的发生风险。 |

| Objective: To observe the effect of the method of Bushen Jianpi Huoxue method on hip function, pace and balance of hemiarthroplasty patients with sarcopenia. Methods: From June 2019 to December 2020, 80 patients accepted with hemiarthroplasty who met the diagnostic criteria for osteoporosis and sarcopenia were enrolled. They were randomly divided into control group and treatment group, 40 cases in each group. The control group received rehabilitation training, while the treatment group received Bushen Jianpi Huoxue method on the basis of the control group. The Harris score, Fugl-Meyer balance scale score and gait speed of the two groups of patients were compared. Result: At 3 and 6 months after surgery, the mean Harris scores of the treatment group were 74.98 and 80.53, and the control group were 69.45 and 76.15. The Harris score of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group (P＜0.05) . At 3 months and 6 months after surgery, the mean gait speed of the treatment group was 0.89 m/s and 1.15 m/s, and the control group was 0.83 m/s and 1.05 m/s. The treatment group had a faster gait speed than the control group(P＜0.05). At 3 and 6 months after surgery, the average Fugl-Meyer balance scale scores in the treatment group were 6.73 and 7.70, and the control group were 5.83 and 6.70. The Fugl-Meyer balance scale scores in the treatment group were higher than those of the control group(P＜0.05). Conclusion: Bushen Jianpi Huoxue method can effectively improve the hip joint function and balance of patients with sarcopenia artificial femoral head replacement, improve the patient"s mobility, and help reduce the risk of falls and re-fractures after hemiarthroplasty surgery. |
