| 目的 观察醒脑开窍针刺法联合动作观察疗法对脑卒中偏瘫上肢的临床治疗效果。方法 选取2020年6月—2021年10月浙江康复医疗中心就诊的脑卒中患者80例，采用随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组，各40例，对照组进行动作观察疗法训练，研究组在对照组基础上进行醒脑开窍针治疗，比较两组治疗前和治疗6周后Fugl-Meyer运动功能测试上肢部分（FMA-UE)、Wolf运动功能测试（WMFT）、美国国立卫生院脑卒中量表（NIHSS）和改良Barthel指数（MBI）的评分。结果 治疗6周后，两组FMA-UE评分、WMFT评分和MBI评分较治疗前均明显升高（P<0.05），且研究组FMA-UE评分较对照组改善明显（P＜0.05），两组NIHSS评分较治疗前均明显降低（P<0.05），且研究组NIHSS评分较对照组降低明显（P＜0.05）。结论 醒脑开窍针刺法联合动作观察疗法能进一步改善脑卒中患者上肢运动功能、手功能、神经功能缺损及日常生活活动能力，疗效确切，临床值得进一步推广。 |

| Objective To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of Xingnao Kaiqiao acupuncture combined with action observation therapy on hemiplegic upper limbs after stroke. Methods 80 patients with stroke in Zhejiang Rehabilitation Medical Center from June, 2020 to October, 2021 were randomly divided into control group and study group, with 40 cases in each group. The control group was trained with action observation therapy, while the study group was treated with Xingnao Kaiqiao acupuncture on the basis of the control group. The Fugl-Meyer assessment upper extremities (FMA-UE) 、Wolf Motor Function Test (WMFT) 、Nationalinstitute of health stroke scale（NIHSS）and modified Barthel Index (MBI ) were compared between the two groups before and after 6 weeks of treatment. Results After 6 weeks of treatment, the FMA-UE scores, WMFT scores and MBI scores in both groups were significantly higher than those before treatment (P<0.05), and the FMA-UE scores in the study group were significantly improved compared with those in the control group (P<0.05), and the NIHSS scores in both groups were significantly lower than those before treatment (P < 0.05). Conclusion Xingnao Kaiqiao acupuncture combined with movement observation therapy can further improve the upper limb motor function, hand function, neurological deficits and activities of daily living of stroke patients, with definite curative effect, which is worthy of further promotion in clinic. |
