| 本文基于《医贯》之“口疮上焦实热,中焦虚寒,下焦阴火,各经传变所致,当分别而治之”的思想,并结合其他相关著作论述,主张从三焦各脏腑的寒热、虚实角度阐释复发性口腔溃疡的辨治体会。确立了复发性口腔溃疡的辨治八法,即“清心脾积热”、“泄肺脾蕴热”的上中二焦同治法；“温中散寒”、“益气除热”、“平调寒热”的中焦治法；“滋补肾水”、“补助肾阳”、“利小便,清实热”的下焦治法。后附验案1则,以飨同道。 |

| The article illustrates syndrome differentiation and treatment of recurrent oral ulcer(ROU) from the perspective of cold, heat, deficiency and excess of viscera in triple-energizer by referring to Key Link of Medicine which said “Transmission and change of pathogens among triple-energizer causes aphtha, involving excessive-heat in the upper-energizer pattern, deficiency-cold in the middle-energizer pattern and deficiency-fire in the lower-energizer pattern and thus requiring treatment based on accurate syndrome differentiation.” as well as other related literature. Accordingly, eight therapeutic methods for ROU are summarized, namely, clearing heat of spleen and heart, discharging heat of lung and spleen(treatment of both upper- and middle-energizer), warming middle and dissipating cold, replenishing qi and relieving fever, harmonizing cold and heat(treatment of middle-energizer), nourishing kidney yin, tonifying kidney yang, and clearing excessive-heat by promoting urination(treatment of lower-energizer).
