| 探讨UF-5000全自动尿沉渣分析仪和UC-3500尿干化学分析仪联合在尿液有形成分检测中的应用价值。方法: 收集2870例随机尿液标本,每个标本分成两等份,一份以仪器UF-5000和UC-3500检测,另一份离心显微镜镜检。仪器结果与显微镜结果进行比较分析,评估仪器测定RBC和WBC的检出效能。结果:与显微镜法比较,UF-5000检测尿RBC和WBC的敏感性分别为67.53%和87.25%、特异性分别为95.43%和96.93%、一致性分别为89.48% (Kappa=0.668,P<0.001)和94.84%(Kappa=0.847,P<0.001),假阴性率为32.46%和12.74%。UC-3500检测尿RBC和WBC的敏感性分别为90.37%和78.18%、特异性84.60%和97.47%、一致性分别为85.96%(Kappa=0.669, P<0.001)和93.48% (Kappa=0.793,P<0.001),假阴性率为9.63%和21.82%。UF-5000+UC-3500联合检测尿RBC和WBC的敏感性分别为93.35%和88.54%、特异性分别为82.75%和94.28%、一致性分别为85.37% (Kappa=0.659,P<0.001)和92.99% (Kappa=0.805,P<0.001),假阴性率为6.65%和11.46%(P<0.001)。 结论:联合运用UF-5000和UC-3500尿液分析仪测定可保证尿有形成分分析结果的准确性。 |

| To explore the application value of the combination of UF-5000 and UC-3500 urine analyzer in the detection of urinary formed components. Methods: A total of 2,870 random urine samples were collected,Each specimen was divided into two equal parts. One was detected by UF-5000 and UC-3500, and the other was examined by centrifugal microscopy. The results of analyzers detection were compared with the microscopic results to evaluate the detection power of RBC and WBC. Results: The UF-5000 had a sensitivity of 67.53% and 87.25%, a specificity of 95.43% and 96.93%, a consistency of 89.48% (Kappa=0.668,P<0.001) and 94.84% (Kappa=0.847,P<0.001) for RBC and WBC measurements, respectively. And the false negative rates were 32.46% and 12.74%. The UC-3500 had a sensitivity of 90.37% and 78.18%, a specificity of 84.60% and 97.47%, and a consistency of 85.96% (Kappa=0.669, P<0.001) and 93.48% (Kappa=0.793, P<0.001) for RBC and WBC measurements, respectively. And the false negative rates were 9.63% and 21.82%. Under the combination of UF-5000 and UC-3500, detection of urine RBC and WBC by the sensitivity was 93.35% and 88.54%, specificity was 82.75% and 94.28%, and the consistency was 85.37% (Kappa=0.659, P<0.001) and 92.99% (Kappa=0.805, P<0.001), and the false negative rates were 6.65% and 11.46% (P<0.001) for RBC and WBC measurements, respectively. Conclusion: The combined use of UF-5000 and UC-3500 urine analyzer can ensure the accuracy of results of urinary formed components |
