| 摘要:目的 检测衢枳壳、成熟胡柚及其近缘种瓯柑中四种黄酮苷类成分的含量,并分析其与生境因子的相关性。方法 收集衢枳壳、成熟胡柚及其近缘种瓯柑的新鲜样品,建立高效液相色谱HPLC法同时检测样品中新橙皮苷、橙皮苷、柚皮苷与芸香柚皮苷的含量,并考察其与经纬度、海拔之间的相关性,用 SPSS 与EXCEL 2010软件处理数据,组间比较采用ANOVA单因素方差分析。结果 新橙皮苷、橙皮苷、柚皮苷与芸香柚皮苷在1.0~100 μg/mL范围内线性关系良好,平均加样回收率分别为99.51 %、98.15 %、100.35 %与100.63 %;衢枳壳中芸香柚皮苷、柚皮苷的含量显著高于有籽瓯柑、无籽瓯柑与胡柚,分别达7.1651±0.071 mg/g与26.9576±0.2737 mg/g,瓯柑中新橙皮苷、橙皮苷的含量显著高于衢枳壳与胡柚(*P<0.05);芸香柚皮苷、柚皮苷含量与纬度、海拔呈显著正相关关系,与经度呈显著负相关关系;橙皮苷、新橙皮苷含量与纬度、海拔呈显著负相关关系,与经度呈显著正相关关系。结论 该方法准确、快速、简便,可用于衢枳壳药材质量控制及其近缘种中黄酮苷类成分的含量测定。 |

| ABSTRACT: AIM To determine the content of four flavonoid glycosides in immature fruits of Citrus maxima (Quzhiqiao) and its sibling species and analyze their correlation. METHODS The fresh immature fruits resources of Quzhiqiao and its sibling species (Ougan, Huyou) were collected. A high performance liquid chromatography method was established to simultaneously determine the content of neohesperidin, hesperidin, naringin and rutin naringin, and their correlation with latitude,longitude and altitude were investigated. The data were processed by SPSS and EXCEL 2010 software, and the comparison between groups was performed by ANOVA one-way analysis of variance. RESULTS Neohesperidin, hesperidin, naringin, and rutin naringin in Quzhiqiao and its sibling species showed good linear relationships within 1.0-100 μg/mL, and the average recovery rate were 99.51%,98.15%,100.35% and 100.63%, respectively. The content of rutin naringin and naringin in Quzhiqiao were significantly higher than those in Ougan and Huyou, which reached 7.1651±0.071 mg/g and 26.9576±0.2737 mg/g, respectively. The content of neohesperidin and hesperidin in Ougan were significantly higher than those in Quzhiqiao and Huyou (*P<0.05). The contents of rutin naringin and naringin were significantly positive correlations with latitude and altitude, and negative correlation with longitude. Besides, the contents of hesperidin and neohesperidin were significantly negative correlations with latitude and altitude, and positive correlation with longitude. CONCLUSION This accurate, rapid and simple method can be used for the quality control of Quzhiqiao and flavonoid glycosides content determination of its sibling species. |
