| 目的:通过网络药理学研究中药复方七味白术散治疗婴幼儿脾虚泄的潜在机制。方法:首先,通过传统中医药数据分析平台(Traditional Chinese Medicine Database and Analysis Platform,TCMSP)、传统中医药整合数据库(Traditional Chinese Medicine Integrated Database,TCMID)查找七味白术散各药物的有效成分与潜在靶点,同时利用GeneCards人类基因组数据库、OMIM人类孟德尔遗传数据库构建脾虚泄疾病靶点数据库。其次,使用STIRING蛋白互作网络分析数据库、Metascape基因富集分析等数据库进行蛋白互作分析及京都基因与基因组百科全书(Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes,KEGG)、基因本体论(Gene Ontology,GO)功能富集分析。最后,使用可图形化显示网络软件Cytoscape、微生信数据分析软件Bioinformatics等对研究内容进行可视化分析。结果:七味白术散有66个活性成分,47个潜在治疗脾虚泄的靶点,12个核心靶点。七味白术散可能是通过STAT3、TNF、IL6、AKT1、EGFR、CXCL8、IL1B、TP53、STAT1、IL4、EGF、IL2等靶点来治疗脾虚泄。结论:通过网络药理学揭示了七味白术散治疗脾虚泄的靶点机制,为进一步实验验证具体机制提供了研究思路。 |

| Objective: Objective?to?observe?the?effect?of?modified?Qiwei?Baizhu?powder?on irritable bowel?diarrhea?syndrome?with?weakened?spleen?and?stomach..METHODS: Firstly,TCMSP and TCMID were used to find the effective components and potential targets of Qiwei?Baizhu?powder. The database of urinary tract infection targets was constructed by GeneCards and OMIM database. Secondly, protein interaction analysis and KEGG signal pathway enrichment analysis and GO function enrichment analysis and were carried out by using STRING, Metascape and other databases. Finally, the research contents are visualized and analyzed by using the databases such as Cytoscape and bioinformatics. RESULT: Qiwei?Baizhu?powder has 66 active component targets and 47 potential therapeutic targets. Its core targets in the treatment of Diarrhea due to Spleen Deficiency include STAT3、TNF、IL6、AKT1、EGFR、CXCL8、IL1B、TP53、STAT1、IL4、EGF、IL2. CONCLUSION: The mechanism of Qiwei?Baizhu?powder in the treatment of Diarrhea due to Spleen Deficiency was revealed through network pharmacology, which provided research ideas for further experimental verification of specific mechanism. |
