| 目的：观察激光针灸联合孟鲁司特钠治疗变应性鼻炎(allergic rhinitis,AR)患儿的疗效及对血嗜酸性粒细胞计数（EOS）、呼出气一氧化氮(fractionof exhalednitricoxide,FeNO)的影响。方法：将符合入组标准的60例AR患儿随机分为对照组和激光针灸组，每组各30例，对照组给与孟鲁司特钠口服，激光针灸组在对照组的治疗上加用激光针灸治疗，共4周；观察治疗前后两组的疗效，中医证候总积分、症状体征总积分、血EOS、FeNO的变化。结果：治疗前两组患儿的中医证候总积分、症状体征总积分、血EOS、FeNO均无统计学差异，治疗后两组中医证候总积分、症状体征总积分、血EOS、FeNO均低于治疗前（P<0.05），激光针灸组明显低于对照组（P<0.05）；治疗后，激光针灸组的临床疗效胜于对照组（P<0.05）。结论：激光针灸联合孟鲁司特钠治疗AR患儿的疗效显著，可改善患儿的临床症状、体征及中医证候，降低血EOS及FeNO，减轻嗜酸性细胞炎症。 |

| Objective: To observe the efficacy of laser acupuncture combined with montelukast sodium in the treatment of children with allergic rhinitis (AR) and its effect on blood eosinophil count (EOS) and fraction of exhaled nitric oxide (FeNO). Methods: 60 children with AR who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into control group and laser acupuncture group, with 30 cases in each group. The control group was given montelukast sodium orally, and the laser acupuncture group was treated with laser acupuncture and moxibustion in addition to the control group for 4 weeks; The curative effects of the two groups before and after treatment, the changes of total score of TCM syndrome, total score of symptoms and signs, blood EOS and FeNO were observed. Results: there was no significant difference in the total score of TCM syndrome, total score of symptoms and signs, blood EOS and FeNO between the two groups before treatment. After treatment, the total score of TCM syndrome, total score of symptoms and signs, blood EOS FeNO was lower than that before treatment (P < 0.05), and the laser acupuncture group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P < 0.05); after treatment, the clinical efficacy of the laser acupuncture group was better than that of the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: laser acupuncture combined with montelukast sodium can significantly improve the clinical symptoms, signs and TCM Syndromes of children with AR, reduce blood EOS and FeNO, and reduce eosinophilic inflammation. |
