| 目的 分析不同微创术式应用于SandersⅡ~Ⅲ型跟骨骨折治疗的临床疗效。方法 选取2018年6月到2019年6月我院SandersⅡ~Ⅲ型跟骨骨折患者100例,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组各50例。对照组采用经跟骨外侧跗骨窦入路手术治疗,观察组采用距下关节镜辅助后侧小切口手术治疗。比较两组患者的手术情况、足部功能以及并发症发生情况。结果 观察组手术时间、术中及术后出血量明显低于对照组(P<0.05),两组骨折愈合时间、Maryland足部评分优良率比较无明显差异(P>0.05);术后,两组Bohler角、Gissane角明显高于术前(P<0.05),两组Bohler角、Gissane角比较无明显差异(P>0.05);观察组并发症发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 采用距下关节镜辅助后侧小切口手术治疗SandersⅡ~Ⅲ型跟骨骨折患者,能够有效改善患者足部功能,患者手术情况良好,并发症发生可能性较小。 |

| Objective To analyze the clinical effect of different minimally invasive surgery in the treatment of Sanders type II ~ III calcaneal fractures. Methods 100 patients with Sanders type II~III calcaneal fractures from June 2018 to June 2019 in our hospital were selected and divided into control group and observation group by random number table method, 50 cases in each group. The control group was treated by lateral calcaneal tarsal sinus approach, and the observation group was treated with subtalar arthroscopy assisted posterior small incision surgery. The operation, foot function and complications of the two groups were compared. Results The operation time, intraoperative and postoperative bleeding volume in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05); there were no significant differences in the fracture healing time and Maryland foot score between the two groups (P>0.05); After operation, Bohler angle and Gissane angle of the two groups were higher than those before operation (P<0.05), and there were no significant differences in Bohler angle and Gissane angle between the two groups (P>0.05); The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Subtalar arthroscopy assisted posterior small incision surgery in the treatment of Sanders type II ~ III calcaneal fractures can effectively improve the foot function of patients, and the patients have good operation conditions and less possibility of complications. |
