| [目的]采用Meta分析方法评价针灸治疗子宫脱垂的临床疗效。[方法]计算机检索Cochrane Library、PubMed、CBM、CNKI、WanFang数据库，查找有关针灸治疗子宫脱垂的临床研究，检索时限均为建库至2021年11月06日。两名研究人员独立筛选文献、提取资料并根据Cochrane风险偏倚评估工具对纳入研究进行质量评价，采用RevMan5.3软件进行Meta分析。[结果]最终纳入8篇文献，共计650例病人。Meta分析结果显示：①针灸治疗组总有效率优于单纯物理疗法和中药治疗对照组，差异具有统计学意义[RR=1.23,95%CI(1.14,1.32),P<0.001]；②针灸治疗组总治愈率优于单纯物理疗法和中药治疗对照组，差异具有统计学意义[RR=1.85,95%CI(1.53,2.25),P<0.001]。[结论]针灸治疗子宫脱垂的有效率和治愈率均明显高于单纯物理疗法和中药治疗。但由于纳入文献质量不高，样本量较小，存在一定的偏倚风险，故上述结论需要多中心、大样本、高质量的RCT进一步加以验证。 |

| [Objective]: To evaluate the clinical effect of acupuncture and moxibustion on uterine prolapse by Meta analysis. [Methods] The databases of Cochrane Library, PubMed, CBM, CNKI and WanFang were searched for the clinical studies on acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of uterine prolapse. The retrieval time was from the establishment of the database to November 06, 2021. Two researchers independently screened the literatures, extracted the datas, and evaluated the quality of the included studies according to the Cochrane Collaboration’s tool for assessing risk of bias. Meta-analysis was performed using RevMan5.3 software. [Results] A total of 650 patients were included in 8 literatures. Meta-analysis showed that: ① The total effective rate of acupuncture and moxibustion treatment group was better than that of physical therapy and Traditional Chinese medicine treatment group, the difference was statistically significant [RR=1.23,95%CI (1.14,1.32), P<0.001]. ② The total cure rate of acupuncture and moxibustion treatment group was better than that of physical therapy and Traditional Chinese medicine treatment group, and the difference was statistically significant [RR=1.85,95%CI (1.53,2.25), P<0.001]. [Conclusion] The effective rate and cure rate of acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of uterine prolapse are obviously higher than that of physical therapy and Traditional Chinese medicine. However, due to the low quality of the included literatures and small sample size, there is a certain risk of bias. Therefore, the above conclusions need to be further verified by multi-center, large-sample and high-quality RCTs. |
